Sugar Free Refreshing Watermelon Sorbet

  • 3 cups ripe watermelon, seeds removed and cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Stevia or your preferred artificial sweetener
  • 0.5 cup water

Method
 

  1. Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth to create a puree.
  2. Add lime juice, sweetener, and water; blend until fully mixed.
  3. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 90 minutes.
  4. Stir the mixture to break up any chunks, then freeze until fully firm.
  5. Let sit at room temperature before serving for easier scooping.

Notes

For easier scooping, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
