Method
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
