Method
- Place frozen peach slices, sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Process until well chopped, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
- Add warm water and process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze in a shallow dish for 3-4 hours until firm.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe peaches and adjust sweetness to taste.
