Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
  

Frozen Peaches
  • 16 oz frozen peaches (about 4 cups)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup warm water *

Method
 

  1. Place frozen peach slices, sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Process until well chopped, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
  2. Add warm water and process until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze in a shallow dish for 3-4 hours until firm.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe peaches and adjust sweetness to taste.
