  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 3-4 ripe peaches chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 egg for wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the pastry into 4-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of peach filling in the center of each square, fold corners towards the center, and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush each cruffin with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Best served warm, these cruffins are perfect for breakfast or as a sweet dessert. Enjoy with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
