Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cups brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup cups diced fresh or canned peaches (drained) drained
  • 1 cup cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons tablespoons Crown Royal Peach Whiskey adjust to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons teaspoons milk optional, for consistency

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold in peaches.
  4. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar and Crown Royal until smooth. Add milk if needed for consistency.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies and serve.

Notes

Adjust the amount of Crown Royal Peach Whiskey to your taste. For best flavor, use fresh peaches if available.
