Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Crown Royal peach whiskey
  • 2 ounces RumChata horchata cream liqueur
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp honey (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 fresh lemon or peach wedge (to wet the glass)

Method
 

  1. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Rim glass with lemon or peach wedge, then dip into sugar mixture.
  2. Add Crown Royal, RumChata, lemon juice, and honey to a shaker with ice. Shake until frothy.
  3. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a peach slice if desired.

Notes

Adjust honey to taste for sweetness preference.
