Method
- Puree the cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the watermelon puree with sliced strawberries and lemon juice.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve immediately.
Notes
For a smoother texture, use seedless watermelon and ensure strawberries are hulled before slicing.
