Method
- Softened butter, sugars, and mix until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls, place on parchment-lined baking sheet, refrigerate 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 10-14 minutes. For gooey cookies, bake 8-10 minutes.
- Shuffle round cookie cutter around each cookie for shape, sprinkle extra chocolate chips.
- Cool, transfer to wire rack, then airtight container for 3-5 days.
