Fried Peach Pie

Ingredients
  

Double crust pie dough or canned biscuits
  • 4 cups fresh peaches cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
Flour
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Prepare Your Filling: Peel and cube the peaches, mix with sugar.
  2. Roll & Cut the Dough: Roll out dough, cut into circles for pie crusts.
  3. Put Your Pies Together: Place filling on one half, fold dough, seal edges.
  4. Fry Your Pies: Heat oil, fry pies until golden, drain on paper towels.

Notes

Use fresh peaches for best flavor. Adjust sugar based on peach sweetness.
