Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F and grease an 8x8 pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine flour, sugars, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in brown sugar and cold butter until crumbly. Refrigerate until needed.
- Prepare peaches and mix with apple juice, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Spoon the crisp topping over the peach filling.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and chill before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
