Best Watermelon and Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 lime lime juice

Method
 

  1. Purée the diced watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Mix in the lime juice until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Once frozen, scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

For a smoother sorbet, use seedless watermelon and ensure the mixture is well-chilled before freezing.
