Method
- Purée the diced watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Mix in the lime juice until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve immediately.
Notes
For a smoother sorbet, use seedless watermelon and ensure the mixture is well-chilled before freezing.
