  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 –2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed

  1. Freeze Watermelon: Cut seedless watermelon into small cubes and freeze until solid (about 4 hours or overnight).
  2. Blend: Add frozen watermelon and lime juice to a high-powered food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy like sorbet.
  3. Serve Immediately: Scoop into bowls and enjoy right away, or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
  4. Optional Add-ins: A few fresh mint leaves or a drizzle of honey/agave if desired.
