- Puree the diced watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Stir in the fresh lime juice and sea salt (if using).
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Alternatively, pour into a shallow metal pan, freeze for about 2 hours, then blend again for a smoother texture.
- Freeze for an additional 1 hour to set before serving.
Notes
For a smoother sorbet, use seedless watermelon and ensure it's fully pureed before freezing.
