Watermelon
  • 6 cups diced watermelon
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Method

  1. Puree the diced watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Stir in the fresh lime juice and sea salt (if using).
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Alternatively, pour into a shallow metal pan, freeze for about 2 hours, then blend again for a smoother texture.
  5. Freeze for an additional 1 hour to set before serving.

Notes

For a smoother sorbet, use seedless watermelon and ensure it's fully pureed before freezing.
